The SOC is always 0

I'm using I2C to communicate with the BQ34Z100，I have 2 questions:

(1)how to  modify the Chem_ID，what‘s the register which is used to store the value?

(2)the SOC is always 0,I want to kown what's factors that will affect the value of SOC?
