Please help. Some questions about Bq34z110 - I2C Write - 'Qmax Cell 0'

I use STM32F215XX chip communicate with Bq34z110 chip through i2c.

I follow the step in page 28 of slusb55b.pdf

'PackConfiguration' : 0961 -> 0960

is success!!

It was succeeded thanks to you.

And I have reguest.

'Qmax Cell 0' : 4000 -> 10000

I don't know step of 'Qmax Cell 0 : 4000 - > 10000'

How is the step? (Register, length, Data)
