BQ29200 - Cell Balancing Circuit

Hi,

I am planning to use BQ29200 mainly as a cell balancing chip for a BMS of 2-series Li cells. I am using another IC (Maxim's DS2777) as the battery monitor, gas gauge and protection. Will there be any problem if I do this incorporation of these ICs? Also, when building the circuit for the cell balancing, do I just follow the diagram on Figure 9 of BQ29200 datasheet? Any hints on how to get the values of the components? And where will the CB_EN come from if I will be using a different IC? Where does the OUT pin go to?
