I generated a Gold File using bq40z50 Rev 0 last year. I tried to import the Gold File onto a board with -R1 firmware and got a warning pop-up:
This makes sense, since these are new parameters for -R1, but when I compared an export of -R1 to the Gold File, I noticed that some preexisting parameters have different Address Offset values from -R0. Does the import function require the correct Address Offset, or does it go by the Class, Sub Class, and Parameter names?
bqStudio also acts inconsistently with this warning: if I have "Write to device during import" enabled, it highlights all the data in red, but doesn't update the values, and if "Write to device" is disabled, the data is updated, but not highlighted in red.
