TPS51220A: Can V5SW pin left floating when dual Vout are set as 12V application?

Hi Team,

My customer is using TPS51220A as solution and both Vout are design as 12V out in their application.

then here's the question , can V5SW can be left floating in the case?

And due to now switch-over function is not enable , is the VREG5 and VREG3 LDO output still supplied by Vin ?
