BQ40Z50-R1 for LiFePO4

Now， I use bq40z50-r1 for LifePO4.I can not turn on CHG&DSG FET.There are so many parameters and I don not know what the mather is.

For LiFePO4, could you please give me a referent parameters or DATA MEMORY?
