DC-DC Converter (122V,20A)

We have to design DC-DC converter as per below specifications

1. Input: 99-135VDC
2. Output: 122VDC, 20A. (100 to 135VDC)
3. Power: 2700W.
4. Isolated.

I tried using Texas SLUC222D (PSFB) (UCC28950 Excel design Tool), But Input MOSFETs failed, once I switched ON.

Please suggest us any IC/design/ Circuit to meet the above requirement.
