Part Number: TPS54360B
In our circuit we have a switch-on problem.
We transform the input voltage (6V - 48V) to 3.45V.
With constant resistive load (3 Ohm at 3,45 V) we get a voltage peak of short-term of 6V or more after approx. 2.5ms.
We have now checked several boards for this phenomenon and found that 50% of our boards are affected.
Enclosed the circuit detail and the plot of the voltage curve.
Even by trying several times through changes to the comparator circuit, we have not got this overvoltage peak under control.
We would be very grateful for an idea on your part.
Best regards
