Hi,

I am developing a high switching frequency boost converter with GaN transistors. I was wondering if this part can drive the GaN transistors instead of a MOSFET.

In addition, I wanted to know if the part will be able of controlling the inverted output of a buck-boost, or if there is a way to get around this obstacle.
