UCC28780: Brown-in/Brown-out Measurement

Hello,

Is there any information about when the UCC28780 takes its measurement of the input voltage? Is it averaged or is there a single sample taken every time QL is turned on?
Due to changes in our input voltage at startup, it is taking several UVLO cycles before the controller starts switching. Knowledge of the brown-in operation could help us overcome this problem.
