Part Number: ATL431LI
For ATL431LI, DQN package (X2SON (4)), at 9V cathode voltage, board temp 70C, how much current can the device sink?
I calculated (150ºC - 70ºC) / 119.9C/W / 9V = 74mA. Could you please confirm? Datasheet says 15mA but didn’t specify condition.
Datasheet page 12 says "A Darlington pair is used in order for this device to be able to sink a maximum current of 15 mA"
Why 15mA only?
