Problems with SoC%, BQ3060

Hello. 

I have a problem that SOC% is not correct. 

• When I discharge the battery it shows SoC 0% at 13V. Before the discharge I have written 30 in CEDV register. As shown in picture below. Is this value in hex or dec? Because I thought it was HEX so I write 30 to enable automatic EDV mode and SC=1.

• When I charge my battery it only starts to show 1% at 14V, until that value it's 0%.
• Correct me if I am wrong but - if battery is discharged with current lower than C/32 then automatic EDV mode doesn't work right?
