Dear TI-Experts,
the application the BQ51050B should be used in is a little BLE device with a 60 mAh Li-Ion battery. The maximum loading current is 60 mA during fast charge mode and 30 mA during standard charge. We choose the BQ51050B to safe an external bq25100 linear charger IC as introduced with the bq51003 IC in the TIDA-00318 application.
What I need to know if the BQ51050B is capable to charge the battery with only 30 mA or is the limit form the data sheet of 500 mA really the lowes possible value?
