I use the BQ27541 single cell BMS chip on a product we make. The customer is sending a few of them back because the fullCapacity register has weird values in it. I received the packs and the values are interesting, one pack a value of -4 while another 15. The full capacity is 6 parallel 18650s (15600 mAh). My question is how do I reset this register? Is there something I can do in the BQ software? Something similar to sealing and unsealing the chip?
