Dear Sirs:
I need a chip as a prioritizer. There are a main power supply and batteries which are considered to supply the system. This chip should allow supplying by the main power supply unless its voltage goes under 18 volts, in this case I want this chip to be able to switch to batteries for supplying the system.
I have studied the chip “LM5050”. It’s quiet adequate for my purpose, but I couldn't understand how can I control the enabling of the chip. I understood that I need 2 chips separately, do I need any comparator in between? Can you suggest me some docs that could help me?
