BQ27532: cannot update flash memory and read Voltage and external Temperature

Good day.

We have BQ27532 in our project. It works when using evaluation board (BQ27532EVM-656).

But in real application, on the developed PCB we have got several problems:

- cannot update flash memory;

- cannot read Voltage value;

- cannot read external Temperature value.

Other values are read.

Any ideas?
