BQ40Z60 adapter voltage during charging

Hey guys,

i am using the eval board of the BQ40Z60 with two LiIon cells (DA configuration = 0x11, Minimum Voltage Output = 4350, Voltage Resolution = 17).

I turned down the current values for charging, because the datasheet of the battery tells that the max. current shouldn't be higher then 1A.

I wanted to charge the system with 12V, but it doesn't work. I raised the voltage to 15V and it works pretty well (charging current around 850mA).

Did i missed some settings or is my power supply (Voltcraft PS303 Pro, can deliver 3A) to weak .
