Approach of Programming bq34z100-G1 the Golden File with MCU

Hi,

We are designing a MSP430F5419 MCU based power management board using bq34z100-G1.

Now we are facing two problems (1) For mass production, of course we need to programming the bq34z100-g1, but it's inconvenient to use the Battery Management                                                             Studio and EV2300 at field.

                                                     (2)For service purpose, in case that the supply of battery is changed, therefore the golden file is necessary to be updated                                                                            accordingly. right? Again, it's not the most efficient way to use the Battery Management Studio and EV2300 at field.

Therefore, I wanna know if there is an approach to program bq34z100-g1 by MCU(MSP430F5419) via I2C? 

I found that there are 3 types of golden files: srec, bq.fs, df.fs. What's the different and use cases among them?
