We have the BQ27510DRZR-G3 in our handheld devices. It appears some of the chips were not flashed correctly or are otherwise corrupt. The meter seems to give the incorrect power remaining levels which causes our end users to believe their batteries are dying extremely fast.
Is there anyway to perform an on board diagnostic to verify the current settings in order to determine if we need to re-flash the chip? We'd prefer not to do this across the board in our 15,000 devices, rather only the ones which appear defective.
