Hi,
I'm having difficulties trying to confirm a permanent error on a safety undervoltage condition. I am using a bq78350 with the companion bq76920.
I have been able to reproduce a normal undervoltage error but when I take the cell voltages to 2.3V (threshold of 2.5V for SUV) there is no SUV bit set in the PF Status register or any change in the SAFE pin.
I've noticed that the enable bit SUV in the Enabled PF A register is documented in the technical reference manual but is marked as a reserved bit when using battery management studio, I've still set that bit though.
Could anyone point me in the right direction to get this working?
