Can't generate good golden image (bq34z100-g1)

Hi,

I am working with a new design that contains a bq34z100-g1. I connect to it using a EV2300 and  Battery Management Studio 1.3.45. I have checked that there is no other i2c communication in the bus. When I try to generate a golden image, I get the error "No acknowledge from device" but it keeps reading it, and it finally generates the 3 files, srec, bq.fs and df.fs. But then if I program the srec file into the bq34z100-g1, it stops working, and cannot connect to it any more. I have to replace the piece.

Could the problem be that the golden image generated is not correct due to communication errors? Each time I generate a golden image, it is different from the previous one.
