Why bq300 Maxerror 8% in the system?

Hello.

 I have a bq3060  battery pack return from host system, MaxError is 8%, but the MaxError is 2% when ship out. Could you please provide some possible for this phenomenon?

Please verify your data. And let me know what the problem.

A battery design we buy displays a max error of 8% with zero cycles. What am I doing wrong?
