BQ20z65-R1 shutdown mode while PF

Hi,

is there a way that the BQ20z65-R1 goes into shutdown mode although PF?

Problem: after a permanent fail (e.g. CIM_A) occours, the bq20z65 does not go into shutdown mode and discharges the cellpack until the bq stops working.
