First of all, I am pretty new to battery power management, so please forgive me for asking native questions.
I am investigating a Li-ion battery solution for a mobile embedded platform that we are building now.
I am a bit unsure about if I can integrate both fuel gauge and charger together in one circuit.
From bq27220's data sheet, the typical application's diagram has a terminal that connects to charger, but there is no other instruction or advice on how to combine the two.
Has anyone ever done this before?
Also, if it's possible, does that mean I need two Rsense for both charger and fuel gauge?
