Battery Chemistry ID Capacity Report from Gauging Parameter Calculator is Inaccurate

I've been using the BQ27GDK000EVM evaluation board charger/discharger with the eval board for the BQ27510-G3 fuel gauge.  I've performed three "learning cycles" on three separate batteries (from three separate manufactures) going through the process of charging and discharging the battery while logging data then uploading it to the Gauging Paarameter Calculator (GPC).

My issue comes form the reported battery chemistry IDs from the GPC.  All three reports have provided multiple matching chemsitry ID's below ~2% deviation.  The issue is all the capacities listed by the batteries for the reported chemistry ID's are much much larger than the battery capacity I was actually testing.  For example, the first battery I tested was a 600mAh battery.  The first three chemistry ID's in the report are 1255 (4460mAh), 3161 (4455mAh), and 3684 (4605mAh).  All of those are over 7x larger battery capacities!

Does it matter that the capacity of the chem ID used doesn't match my actual battery capacity?  If it does matter, how do I prevent or correct this issue?
