Hello, I have purchased EV2300 and BQ40Z60EVM-578 from TI online store. I followed the instruction from the user manual, how to connect EV2300 with bq40z60 and also EV2300 to PC, and installed drivers from your official site, and also Bqstudio. Everything was working fine for the first two days, I could read and set the registers on bq40z60 via Bqstudio and EV2300. The next day i started the learning cycle and got the error in Bqstudio"No acknowledgement from device".Since then every time I try to connect Bq40z60 and EV2300 I am getting the same error. I could read the registers from Bq40z60 via cp2112 USB to SM-bus bridge without any problems. So i think the problem is with EV2300 and not Bq40z60. I tryed to install Bqstudio with appropriate drivers on different operating systems(Windows XP x32 SP2,Windows XP x32 SP3,Windows 7 x64,Windows 10) and also different PCs. I am always getting the same error "No acknowledgement from device". I will attach Bqstudio log file. Is there any way to check if my EV2300 is broken.
