Hi,
I am not very clear on the instructions given in the documents for bq78pl116. Can I confirm whether my understanding is correct on how to generate an .aux and .dat file for a new pack?
1) Select the appropriate chemistry by loading the new .chem data using bqwizard (Note: After loading another chem file, RA value is not changing, is this normal?)
2)Generate the .tmap file according to pack configuration
3)Load the .tmap file into the chip
4)Configure the data in the parameters tab accordingly
5) Enable logging to create .csv file and perform discharge and charge cycle as mentioned in sec 4.2 in SLUA505B
6) After completed the charge and discharge cycle, generate .aux file with the .csv file created in step 5 using AuxChemFileUtility.
7) Finally, load the .aux file into the chip and generate the .dat file to be programmed into other packs
Please correct me if any of the steps goes wrong. Thanks a lot
