BQ76920 suitable for supercaps?

Hello-

Is the BQ76920 suitable for monitoring and balancing Lithium Ion Supercaps? We think the big question here is can the cell over-voltage/under voltage protection be adjusted?

Any other issues with using this part in this application? The supercap is the TAIYO YUDEN  LIC1235R 3R8406 S, and these would be configured in a 3S3P configuration.
