I am looking for an explanation of when the BQ20Z95's lifetime data.
Using the 'bq Gas Guage' application I have configured various lifetime parameters e.g. max temperature is set to +10 degC. I have confirmed these values by reading back from the PRO page and the DATA FLASH page. My problem is that the lifetime values never seem to change. I can see that the pack temperature as read from the SBS page is at +21 degC, but the lifetime data has not changed.
- When does the BQ20Z95 actually update its lifetime data?
- Various posts talk about a 10 hour period for these to be written. Is this only when written to flash?
- Is there a RAM copy of the data?
