bq3050 / Test condition for R(BAL)

Hi Everyone,

Please let me confirm my understanding for the test condition for R(BAL) of bq3050.

- The R(BAL) of 200ohm(min) and 430ohm(max) are guaranteed at "4V >= VDS > 2V".

- The R(BAL) of 60ohm(min) and 230ohm(max) are guaranteed at "VDS > 4V".
