bqXXXXX software (bqStudio and bqEVSW) disaster!

Dear TI!
Please explain what is the purpose of BatteryManagementStudio (bqStudio 1.3.52) and bq Evaluation Software (0.9.92) software?!?
I can find a million methods how to break my bq27510-G3 ICs without the use of EV2300 for 100$ and two programs, which could be graduated as "F" as school homework!!!

First of all, at the bq27510 product page in "Tools&Software" section we may see a link to bqStudio 1.3.52 software, but firmware image (FI) located in the same place is in SENC format, which compatible only with old software (bqEVSW 0.9.92). The FI in SREC format is required for bqStudio. It can be difficult to find this file at e2e forum (6562.bq27510-G3_4_00.srec, 176 kB), however, it's unclear is it "clean" or edited?

At the same time all techdocs for this IC suggests that a bqEVSW-0.9.92 software is used. The bqEASY application (have to be renamed to "bqPITA") which included in bqEVSW suggests FI in DFI format. This file (bq27510_4_00.dfi) DOES NOT EXIST in the "Device Defaults" directory. It does not exist at the product page and e2e forum, too.

This is advice to all who have just begun working with these chips. Install bqStudio and create a "clean" Golden Image in SREC format with "Golden Image" section of the bqStudio. Then install the bqEVSW, go to bqEASY application, page 1A Project name" and create project. After that go to page "5F Learning Cycle" and press "Save DFI and reset" (you may need run bqEVSW with "run as admin..." for allowing it to write on C:\). NEVER try to use SENC files recommended by TI product page!!! You may kill your bq27510 chip just trying read(!!!) or write a SENC file from IC. Occasionally it can be rescovered using "Programming" section of bqStudio software (you have created the SREC image before, aren't you?).

I already killed 5 chips just trying to read/write FI. I tried bq software with Win10x64 (x32 and x64 (unofficial) EV2300 driver), Win7x32-64 (x32 and x64 (unofficial) EV2300 driver), WinXP, at the three different computers, and got the same results. Software does not work properly!!! Worst of all, we have done a series of devices with this chip.

Dear TI!
Please open the source codes of bqStudio, bqEVSW, EV2300 drivers and protocols so the community could make a convinient and reliable tool from this pile of garbage! We hope for your understanding and desire to improve the disastrous situation with bqXXXXX software!
