Bq3060 Remaining Capacity in 0Ah

Hi,
Please, anyone knows why the Bq3060 can hold the Remaining Capacity = 0mAh and RSOC=ASOC=0%, while is charging?

I have many batteries that work OK, but in some strange manner, the Remaining Capacity goes to 0mAh.
I sent a software reset to restore normal indication of RM, RSOC and ASOC. It works, and RM,RSOC,ASOC start to show the values again.  Please, I don't understand why it could be happening this in some batteries.
