Part Number:EV2300
I am trying to get the bqMtester up and running but am met with an error message "EV2300 has old firmware in it. Please upgrade to version 3.1k". I have attempted to do that following this thread:
I have two EV2300's. The driver is installed for Win7 64-bit. I have been using the EV2300's to program my bq20z655-r1 design so I know [read: assume] the driver is working. While following the on screen instructions in the GUI to update firmware, everything times out on the second page.
I open 'EV2300FWUpdater.exe.
Connect USB of EV2300 as "Controller".
Connect SMB harness to "DUT". Plug USB into same PC (Win7 64-bit) as "Controller".
Click 'Upload'. Nothing happens. I get an error message that "wrong number of EV2300's on USB port".
Also, EV2300FWUpdater is located on C:temp\... the .srec is untouched in the FWUpdate folder.
