Hello. I am trying to calibrate the "Pack Voltage" (register 0x5A) for a bq20z45-r1. Using bqEasy (version 0.9.64), after calibrating the "CC Offset", "Voltage Calibration", "Temperature Calibration", and "Pack Current Calibration" on the Calibration screen, I then click on the "Pack Voltage Calibration" which results in a worse voltage calibration than before (comparing 0x5A to 0x09) as my default in the Golden Image DFI is close already. This is a 4S pack, there are no permanent faults or safety flags when I perform the calibration, there is no difference if Impedance Track has been enabled or not, nor does a SealPack command give different results. Attached is a recording of the SMBus transactions. Is there anything I can do to use bqEasy to accurately calibrate the Pack Voltage pin or should I use a custom visual basic application?
Thank you much.
