I am working on BQ20z95 high Amp. Circuit (40-60) amp. I am facing some problem when load ( discharge) of app.15 amp. applied to the circuit its reg. pin voltage i.e 2.5 volt gets increase upto 3.3 volt and the vcc voltage is increased from 12.22 to 13.33 cells get imbalance
