Hi, i am currently working with bq27510DRZR-G2. i am having problems with my fuel guage.
This is what I've done so far,
I downloaded the driver and bw Evaluation Software v. 0.9.92 from TI.
I had them installed.
i shorted the batt+ and the pack+
I attached EV2300 to the pc and the bq27510 with its 3.6 V power supply
I boot the software and was prompted to choose the the fuel gauge as no device is detected
i selected the device and was then prompted: "the detected device was not compatible to the application. proceed at your own risk"
i proceeded and tried to refresh the communication. comm. is OK, flags and registers were updated
i set the log timeinterval in DataRAM and selected log all data
i started the log then i proceed to Data Flash
i set the auto export time interval to 15 seconds and opted auto export
i went back to DataRAM and stopped logging then i unchecked the keep scanning checkbox
i proceeded with the calibration
When i calibrated coulumb counter, there was a pop up indicating: "Runtime Error '9' Subscript out of range" or "Could not Enter Calibration Mode"
i tried this multiple times and always stuck up in this portion. at times, i encounter errors such as:
code(decimal)11 Division by zero
"Error reading Data Flash Subclass Manufacturer Info, Code = 8"
i've been working on this for two days and i still can't seem to debug where the problem is. i need help. thanks.
