Measuring Current between two 12V 250Ah batteries with bq34z110

Hi,

I need to measure currents between two 12V lead-acid batteries (250Ah each) and need to monitor SOC and SOH of both batteries.

Is this possible with two bq34z110's?

|GND|---------|(-) BATTERY1 (+)|------SHUNT RESISTOR--------|(-) BATTERY2 (+)|---------------|LOAD|
