BQ34Z100-G1: BQSTUDIOTEST doesn't work

Goodmorning,

I need to properly select the CHEMID in BQ34Z100-G1 I used for my new design. The last revision of TI database contains exactely the cell model I'm using, but the version 1.3.54.1 of BQSTUDIO doesn't allow the update to such CHEMID (6118) because it is necessary to use the BQSTUDIOTEST for managing such recent CHEMID (see this post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power_management/battery_management/f/180/t/707989?BQ34Z100-G1-BQ-Studio-Chemistry-Updater-Error-1484 )

So I've installed the BQSTUDIOTEST on my Win7-64 pc, but it doesn't work: when I launch the program with the EV2400 and target board (with BQ34Z100-G1) connected, some issues occour:

dashboard and Registers page cannot be updated
the target device is disconnected
the following error message appears:

Everything works well if I switch back to the previous version of BQSTUDIO.

How can I fix this issue? I need that for updating the CHEMID in my project!
