bq27510 chemical selection and temperature measuring error

I am trying create Golden file using bq27510 and BQ Evaluation Software ver.9.92, but had difficulties in several stages.

Firstly I received message "Error: Could not find subclass and offset for Gas Gauging.IT Cfg.Reserve Cap-mWh", when configuration data is written to flash. I ignore this message and go to next steps. After successful calibration I tried to select chemistry for my battery (0238 Panasonic NCR18650 2900mAh) and upload it to memory. But on about 80% progress I received message seems like "overflow" and loading been aborted. I did it several times but always got same message. I tried use about 5 another chemical types instead of my and uploading completed successful. Then I install Gauge Studio and successfully upload my battery chemistry. I back to BQ Easy and skip chemistry selection step. Then I start learning cycle. It complited successfully and I got update for .dfi file. But when executing this operation I watching for parameters and noticed abnormal temperature measurement with internal sensor - it show from 7 to 15 degree instead of 22-23 real. When discharge stops measurements back to normal.

So I see three problems:

1. Error configuration data saving
2. Error uploading 0238 chemistry type
3. Wrong temperature measurements

Please help me resolve this problems.
