BQ34Z100 battery capacity

Hi,

I have some questions regarding battery capacity reading of BQ34Z100.Is it normal that the full charge capacity jumping up and down while charging or discharging if the battery hasn't gone through battery learning yet?FYI,the update status had been set to 06 manually. Without performing battery learning cycle, will the full charge capacity be adjusting according to design capacity set in BQ?Is there any solution to allow the full charge capacity to show a value that is close to design capacity?
