I'm following the steps I've read here for creating a golden pack. I have cycled the pack and let it rest for more than 5 hours. I downloaded the gg file, reset Cycle Count to 00 and Update Status to 02. I write the original bq20z75_0181.senc file then reload the gg file.
When I pull up the chemistry in the Pro screen it is set to 0100. I go to the bqEASY screen, pick 4B, Select Chemistry Manually, find the correct cell, 0232, then click on OK - Update Fuel Gauge Data Flash and I get a string of errors: "Fail Read Verify. Abort SubClass83 programming" this repeats for 84, 85, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95. When I go back to the Pro screen and check the Chemistry ID it is still 0100.
What step is being left out?
