How do I use HDQ to access data flash (E.G. Manufacturer Info A) on a BQ27541

I need to communicate with a pack that is using the BQ27541 fuel gauge, but only has the HDQ pin accessible. Specifically, I need to be able to read back the Manufacturer Info blocks, read PCHG, enable impedance track and send the Seal command through HDQ. (Assume I'm using BQEasy software and the HDQ Pro screen, but I will be using labview eventually) Do I write 0x00 to address 0x61, then read the subclass ID with a length of 32? For example, to read Manufacturer Info Block A do I write 0x61to 0x00, then read 32 bytes from 0x56? Or do I write 0x01 to 0x3F and then read 32 bytes from 0x3F? Or is it some completely other way of reading it that I'm not understanding? To set Impedance Track, do I write 0x00 to 0x00 and then 0x00 to 0x00 followed by 0x21 to 0x01? Please help. The datasheet for the BQ27541 is not clear.
