Hi everyone,
I'm trying to do a H-bridge using UCC21520 and power IGBT STGWA19NC60HD VDSmax 600V -> datasheet.
There is my schematic following the datasheet to do a half bridge:

Result:
The low-side voltage Vds work very well. But the high-side give bad output. ( Image below)
Yellow is Vgs.
Blue is Vds of high side.

Unexpected phenomenon:
Vds of High-IGBT oscillate significantly when high-side IGBT is conducting.
I can't find any reason to explain this phenomenon.
Question:
What is the origination of this phenomenon?
