Dear all
We have observed that some registers of bq20z65 have corrupt values or are always zero when we are using battery in very low temperature.
I've attached an excel file with two tables which show trace files of same battery type, a 3s1p LiIon pack.
1. Discharge_1,5A@-20°: Discharge test at -20°C with 1.5A
2. Reg-Reading_@5°C_to_-18°C: Only registers were logged when battery was cooled down from 5°C to -18°C
The header of corrupt registers are in red.
Have anybody an idea what happens?
Operating temperature of bq20z65-r01 is specified from -40°c to +85°C in the data sheet. So their should be no problem.
We are using bq20z65-r02, is there any different regarding temperature range?
We only have the data sheet of r01. Where can I find the data sheet of r02?
