BQ24192: Disabeling the The internal BATFET

HI i am using the BQ24192 to charge a standert 18650 4.2 LiON battery

from time to time the internal BATFET is start to work and i am getting 0.7 Voltage in Vsys

and the only way to get back the VBAT voltage again is to connect the external power to start recharge and open the BATFET

this is part of the overcurrent protection of the BQ24193 , is there a way to disable this function or using a different part that don't have the overcurrent protection or away to make it auto retry without external power ?
