TPS23751: If there want to change from class 3 to class4, we just need change Rls from 63.4Ω to 90.9Ω. am i right?

My customer design as attached file.

the customer question that If there want to  change from class 3 to class4,  we just need change Rls  from 63.4Ω to 90.9Ω. am i right? 

or we need change other component?
