LM27761: Wrong Output Voltage

Part Number: LM27761

Using the LM27761 with 3.3V input, -4.8V output, and 5mA - 70mA sinking load current. We observed an output of -3.5V instead of the expected -4.8V across full load current range. What are we missing?
