Part Number: TPS650243-Q1
Dear TI Team.
The load current of the TPS650243-Q1 is indicated as 0.8A up to 1A.
We are going to use 1V 1A.
Is support available?
Thanks.

Hi Support,
Can you help me confirm if the SYS or SW output pin will be disabled/no output if there are faults (example: overvoltage, overheating, etc.)?
Thanks.

Hi,
We found that PWM GDA/GDB shut down after AC Vin drop for a while, but the Vsense voltage should be higher than 0.75V at that point. Not sure if Vinac or others can cause PWM shut down. Please advise the PWM on/off control logic during AC input drop and recovery. Thanks.

Hello everyone,
Does the LM3940 have a minimum load requirement?
My LM3940 outputs about 4V but I do not know why.
Best regards,

Hello,
I'd like to know how to work Boot-SW UVLO, let me ask a couple of questions as follows.
1) When Boot-SW UVLO is detected, how the device behaves? (latched-off or auto-retry?)
2) Is the Boot-SW UVLO have something mask(deglitcher) period? (to know about its noise tolerance)
3) Is it monitored in anytime or something of sampling window in the switching sequence?
Thanks in advance.

P2P solutions to replace LM2576S-5.0/NOPB, LM2576S(X)-ADJ/NOPB, LM2576HVS-5.0/NOPB, because these devices are quite old.
If there are no P2P solutions, recommend replacements with best price.
Thank you.
Part Number: TPS92518
Hello
My customer finished their design using TPS92518 ( already in mass production ) .
Thank you for your support so far.
Now customer intend to add smaller ILED product-line for ILED is 300mA at 100% brightness.
( So far, ILED is 1000mA )
They hope to have without H/W design change.
Customer want to have just change LEDx_PKTH_DAC register only and tested in their product actually.
Condition:( schematic is also same as EVM)
* LEDx_PKTH_DAC = 102 ( changed from 223 to 102 in order to adjust from 1000mA to 300mA max at 100% brightness.)
* LED_TOFF_DAC = 45 :no change from 1000mA case
* switching frequency is almost 320KHz :same .
* inductor: 330uH TZSH12080-331(DSC):same
* shunt FET dimming is used. So, cap with Inductor ( EVM manual* C18/C17) are removed and 0.1uF are inserted in place of those as EVM.

Issue
ILED is changed depend on duty ( 304mA ~ 318mA) if VIN is high.
VIN=55V
ILED=318mA@VF=8V
ILED=309mA@VF=26.5V
ILED=304mA@VF=45V
VIN=24V: no problem
ILED=301mA@VF=8V
ILED=300mA@VF=13.5V
ILED=299mA@VF=19V
-----
On the other hand, when ILED is 1000mA, no problem found.
VIN=55V
ILED=1003mA@VF=8V
ILED=999mA@VF=26.5V
ILED=996mA@VF=45V
VIN=24V
ILED=997mA@VF=8V
IL ED=996mA@VF=13.5V
ILED=996mA@VF=19V
------
Inquiry ( please have your comment)
I think inductor magnetic energy is too much for stable control in case duty is too small/ and ILED is small (300mA) for TPS92518.
To reduce frequency ( bigger LED_TOFF_DAC ) seems to be corretive action, but I am not confident with theoretically.
Customer had also tested and to reduce frequency (320KHz to 250KHz) with LED_TOFF_DAC = 45 to 50 seems corrective action....
Customer want to know the mechanism in theoretically, but would you please advise your opinion about the mecanism ?
We know VCSPx-VCSNx peak current threshold tolerance is good when LEDx_PKTH_DAC.( But seems no relationship to duty..)
Do you recommend to have LEDx_PKTH_DAC = 223 or something ( bigger ) and change shunt resistor?
Best Regards

Hi,
Can we connect pin22 to 3.3V?
Does it have any effect?
Part Number: TPS54331
Hi i all i have a problem regarding the output voltage of TPS54331DDAR IC , we have made the design according to the WEBENCH TOOL , When testing the same circuit for input voltage = 5 and output voltage = 4 without connecting load , the output voltage is fluctuating between 1.5 volt to 2.5 volt as seen on Hantek (OSCILLOSCOPE) and DMM.
NEED HELP URGENTLY.
below im attaching the WEBENCH design.

Hi
Are there any rules for the power up/down sequence between Vbattery(VIN, VIN_P, VB_SW) and VIN3P3?
VIN3P3 is also used for I2C pullup, PG pullup and INT pullup.
Customer inputed VIN3P3 firster than Vbattery. At this time, they can see around 2.0V on the Vbattery.
Is it any problem?

Part Number: LP38512-ADJ
Hello,
I wants to use TPS7A90 or LP38512-ADJ(SO package) for a project.
And I want to select the device which has better thermal performance.
Then I compared Theta_JA of both devices.
Theta_JA of LP38512-adj(SO) is 168 C/W while TPS7A90 is 56.9 C/W.
Are both Theta_JA parameters specified under the same condition?
I think Theta_JA is JEDEC standard and it should be under the same condition to be able to compare the package thermal performance.
But I feel LP38512-adj(SO)’s Theta_JA, 168 C/W, is too high although it has power pad.

Oba

During EMC testing (Immunity test) we experienced multiple device switch-off due to power loss. Power returns back in some seconds. Only reset events with value 0x0011 have been logged. If we manually reset the BMS chip, reset event with value 0x0041 is logged and current time is set to 0. What is the reason for reset 0x0011 and how it is triggered?

Hello,
I made a mistake in my schematic and connected the EN_VIN_SW pin to the output voltage of the supply instead of ground. The datasheet says this connects the input voltage to pin6 (VIN_SW) which is usually used for an ADC to monitor the input voltage. Will this cause an issue? I have EN_VIN_SW tied to the supply output (3.3V) and VIN_SW pin disconnected. Schematic attached

Dear Sir,
Please confirm the following question.
1. When is the FCC updated?
2. In our products, SOC jumps (5 -> 0%)near the end voltage (3.3V). What should I do to avoid jumping (5 -> 4 -> 3 -> 2 -> 1 -> 0%)?
3. Is there any way to check which measurement algorithm is detected as DISCHARGE, CHARGE, and RELAXATION (for example, flags etc.)?
4. Current consumption of our products is as follows.
(Please visit the site to view this file)
How much value should I set the current threshold and the relax time?And do peak currents affect the detection of each relaxation mode?

Dear Experts,
i want to develop the power supply for re charge my device(TivaC Uc based) battery . that power supply design must support solar input instead of dc adapter, can you please suggest the idea to complete that,
1. which battery is suitable for that (lithium ion battery is ok for that)
2. which regulator or dc to dc converter IC is suitable for charge my battery with DC adapter and Solar(at time any one of them).
3.in my home some days solar can't generate the output that why i ask the design support solar and DC input features. if the design support solar and DC i can charge the battery when solar does not perform well.
4. if that design is possible, can i connect the device power pin directly to the battery charging terminal.
