Part Number: LM76202-Q1
Hello team,
can we obtain unencrypted / TINA-TI model for LM76202-Q1? The encrypted PSPICE model is available, but we can't use it (requires OrCad license).
Thanks!

Hi,
I was just wondering if you could confirm some details which are not included in SNVA755. It regards the EMI performance improvements of the LMR16010 with an improved layout.
1. Two layers are shown in Figure 9. I assume this is a four layer board, how should the other two layers look? E.g. follow the middle layer?
2. Is the blue layer on the two diagrams in Figure 9 the bottom or inner layer which feeds in the ground and the input through the EMI filter?
3. Are the small grey holes showing vias around the outside of the layout? What do these do to improve EMI performance?
Thanks,
Ric

Hi,
We are using this LLC controller IC for the 2.4 kW charger application (For output voltage 38V - 60V, Max load = 40A). We are facing the following issue:
During testing we found the current in both the secondary windings are not same (Current imbalance can be seen in both the windings), even though the gate pulses are present at both the MOSFETs.
The above mentioned phenomena doesn't occur always, as sometime we are able to load 20A-30A current with everything working normally (i.e. expected currents in both the windings).
Please find the attached images of above conditions. The pink waveform is the the current through the center-tapped winding of the transformer and the yellow waveform is the voltage at the VCR pin.
As it can be seen here the current is flowing more through one winding having very high value, with voltage at VCR pin.
And as seen from above image current is balanced at lighter load.
Please suggest a solution to resolve the issue.
Part Number: UCC2818
Hello,
I designed a PFC converter which has the following features: Vin = 115V/400Hz, Vout=260V, Poutmax=100W.
The PFC converter goes into overvoltage at startup, the output voltage reaches the internal OVP threshold of the UCC2818 which I fixed at 300V.
I tried to boost the SS capacitor (tried many ceramic capacitor values 100nF, 1µF, 4µ7, 10µ) and it does not resolve the start-up issue.
I tried to clamp the Vaout pin, but the UCC2818 has the same behaviour.
Do you have some recommendations to avoid overvoltage at start-up please?
King regards,
Part Number: UA78M-Q1
Hello,
We are using a UA78M05QDCYRG4Q1 and have a production test for the board where 5V is applied to the board through an external source and the Vin of this device is not powered. The testing results in Vout of this device seeing 5V with no Vin. I need to understand if damage is likely to occur or even possible to occur to this device or if it is safe to use our production test as planned.
Thank you,
HSG

Hi,
I just burned my second EVM.
Can someone explain to me why i shouldn't put an isolated differential high voltage probe on the gate signal of the transistor. (It is roasting all the CS resistors (R9 R11 R12) making very nice electricals arcs....
Could you direct me to an application expert so that i can have my design checked? We designed an 9V 4W ACDC converter.
Many thanks.
Best regards

Hi Team,
Can you please provide UL flammability rating (i.e. V0) for the component LM74610QDGKRQ1 ?

Part Number: BQ20Z655-R1
bq20z655-R1 is SBS 1.1-Compliant.
Is there any TI smart battery charger controller such as bq24707x can use with bq20z655-R1?
Cos none of TI controller mentioned SBS 1.1-Compliant.
Part Number: BQ76930
I'm using BQ76930 for BMS. When battery voltage is below undervoltage threshold, the BQ76930 doesn't go to ship mode. I measured on the pin REGOUT which is still 3.3V. The ADC_EN from sys_con1 is set to 1 already. What could be the issue?
Thank you.
Part Number: TPS2410
When will we have samples available from TPS2410PW, according to the data sheet update (PCN# 20191014004)? Or is it the same device, just re-specified?
Part Number: TPS2663
the pins 19-24 of TPS26633 (VQFN) are indicated as 'not connected'. They're supposed to be used for cooling the device. But are there any restriction, related to the voltage which may be applied to that n.c. pins?
Part Number: DCR010505
Dear Team,
My customer experiencing a problem in radiated emission tests with DCR010505. They see repetitive spikes in multiples of 800kHz which is the switching frequency of the device. I am curious about the core used inside the devices. Is it air core transformer, or laminate core?
Any suggestions for EMI issues?

Hello can you please help me to unseal battery with bq40370

Part Number: BQ27220
Hello,
I'm using the BQ27220YZFR with a custom PCB (without using any battery software), trying to read the battery SOC. It updates each time I power on/off the circuit(with each power cycle). Unlike battery voltage, SOC doesn't update dynamically as the battery changes. Right now, after forcing a chip reset, I'm able to read changing SOC.
But I really want a way without reset to update the SOC (without powering my battery on/off every time). Can you help me here?
Part Number: LMR23625
Hello team,
Do you have information about delay time(min/typ/max) from Vin(24V) applied to Vout start to change?
There is similar question on e2e below, but couldn't find final answer.

Best regards,
I was hoping I could get some help with part selection. TI has so many different options it's hard to tell if there is a perfect option or not I just haven't found
I'm looking to see if there is already an all in one solution for a PMIC with BuckBoost and power path control with battery charging. A PMIC that has full adjustable control over the input and output voltage/current while supporting battery charging.
Vin = 4.5-12VDC
Vout = 5V-12VDC
Iout = 1.2A @12V
2.88A @5V
A 14.4 W supply
Must support at least 2 Cell Battery charging. 3 Cell is a plus
Li-on and/or Li-Po
With or without cell balancing
I need a PMIC that will handling charging the battery while still powering the load. Battery charging current will reduce if input source can not provide enough for both.
Features:
1) I need to be able to adjust the load voltage from an MCU. analog control is fine
2) Adjustable input current I would like to be able to tell the controller what the input power source is capable of. If the controller can't do that already, then I will need a way to do it externally via adjust the load voltage or something.
3) Adjustable load current threshold is a plus. If not that is fine, I can just adjust the output voltage to limit.
Part Number: BQ40Z50EVM-561
Hello,
I have followed the quick set-up instruction on the EVM user guide to connect my EVM to BMS, however, the EV2400 is recognized but there's no communication between the BQ40Z50 and the BMS. Why is it not being recognized?
Note: I left the SYS-PRES floating and I am using 1k resistors and a power supply to simulate the cells.
Thanks,
Daniel Rios
Part Number: REF200
Hello,
I would like to use the REF200AU and I notice the cold storage temperature maximum rating is -40degC. I have a need to be able store it at -50degC on occasion. Can you help me understand why the part is not already rated at -50degC for maximum cold temperature storage? Or let me know if the part rating can be updated to -50degC maximum cold storage? Lastly if there is a similar device with a greater maximum cold storage temperature can you let me know the part number?
Thanks,
HSG
