Hi Team
Or is it completely irrelevant, is PGTH set only for PGOOD?

Part Number: LM5118
Hello
I have a question about the soft start settting in LM5118.
There is a bulk capacitor(over 2mF) in LM5118 output side for protecting the drop voltage.
In this case, Could you please tell me how long can the soft start be set in LM5118?
Could the soft start be set to 100ms?
best regards,
keisuke

It be possible read cbtime value? Or it be possible to know the status of the balancing: mosfet turn on/off?
Part Number: BQ77915
Hi there,
I'm asking about your device BQ77915 and its balancing algorithm.
I'm not expert and probably is my fault; but in my opinion the DS is a bit poor regarding this feature; it's a bit short and seems that some data is missing.
Attach you can see a picture with two page from the BQ77915's DS.
I assume that to trigger the internal FET balancing is required (besides no alerts and charging mode):
1) Some CV greather 3,8V.
2) Some CV greather that VCBTH.
But the 2) implies by itselt the 1), it isn't? Or maybe not; because the DS show the DIFERENTIAL VALUE, I mean (VCBTH-VCBTL) but doesn't speak about the ABSOLUTE values of this limits.
So the difference (VCBTH-VCBTL) can be programmed via EEPROM, 50mV,100mV,150mV and 200mV. OK, but:
- WHERE THE ABSOLUTE VALUE OF THEM, ARE EXPLAINED?
- Regarding the picture, I assume that, if the CV5 is reduce to a value between VCBTH and VCBTL the cell balance continues. If continues reducing below VCBTL, then stop the cell balancing. I'm right?
- The VCBTH-VCBTL seems to be programmed into the buit-in EEPROM. Can I access to the EEPROM? I think not because there is not a I2C channel. Then I have to access to my Local representative to order a device with my desired VCBTH-VCBTL step? The "Device Comparison Table" (page 3) show 4 variants BQ7791500..04, but what happen if I need other values?

Part Number: LM5008
Dear All
I had find there is two efficiency on the LM5008 by different inductance, as below:
1. When the inductance is 320uH,the efficiency is 35%
2. When the inductance is 330uH,the efficiency is 60%.
Why ? The output is 15mA.

Hi,
the data sheet states max 30ns rise/fall tme for GCLK. Is that just for 8MHz GCLK or also foe lower? If I chose 1MHZ, would it be possible to use a rise/fall time higher than 60ns in order to reduce radiated EMI?
Thanks
Christian

Hi,
Please tell me the circuit that turns off the power of the PMIC after the power down sequence is completed by turning off the 5V power supply.
Our customer thinks that it is not practical to use a large capacitor that can maintain the AM437x power down sequence completion time by shutting off the 5V power.
I think that a power supply IC is necessary before the PMIC.
Is there a suitable power supply IC?
5V power off event(mechnical switch ..etc)
PFI is detect(4.8V)
AM437x power down sequence start
AM437x power down sequence end
5V power off (IN_BIAS drops below 2.5 V)
power off(IN_BIAS is 0V)

Part Number: LM3481-Q1
Hi team,
My customer find a failure on LM3481 board, and the resistance between VCC and GND is 1.9 ohm, and the 10 ohm resistor(R23) of RC filter in front of the Vin is burned down. Now they try to reproduce the failure, and they connect the VCC to GND. The 10 ohm resistor is burned down, and the resistor between the Vin to VCC is decreased from 3.4 Mohm to 5.87 kohm.
As I know, the VCC is derived from the internal LDO, does this LDO has current limit, as the VCC is shorted to GND? If so, the resistor of the RC filter should not be burned down when VCC is shorted to GND, then why the 10 ohm resistor is burned down?
The second question is, If I connect 10V to VCC to simulate the EOS of VCC when the board is normally working with 0.9A load, will this cause the 10 ohm resistor burned down?

Dear,
I use TPS560430X3F(Fixed 3.3V Model).
In this case, I would like to know how to choose the register values of RFBT and RFBB.
Only the Adjustable type case is shown in the data sheet.
Please let me know.

Part Number: TPS65560
Hello,
I am currently working on the design of a new xenon flash. I have been working with the reference design and evaluation board available for the TPS65560 and would like to integrate this into my design. I'm having issues finding a replacement transformer for charging the capacitor. I have read the requirements in both the Application note and SLVA266A, but cannot seem to find a replacement transformer fit for use. I have also tried to get in contact with the suppliers and both listed parts in the BoM (Toyko Coil and Kijima-Musen) and both cannot help.
Can anyone recommend a replacement transformer for use with TPS65660? My requirements are exactly as for the evaluation board.
Thanks
Andy
Part Number: TLC5929
Hi,
For a white industry customer I need a LED driver with below specs:
Channel numbers not lower than 14 - Iout per channel 50mA - Low cost
I proposed TLC5929 or TLC6C5816-Q1.
However I got the below customer feedback;
• Are these LED only SPI interface?
• Due to a slightly limited availability on the number of pins of the MCU currently selected it would be better if the communication bus were I2C (only 2 pins). I wonder therefore:
o Is there a chance that we can make the component work in I2C?
If not, Do we have the I2C version?
If not, can we statically configure the component by forcing the use of a lower pin number (eg MISO and / or CS floating or terminated)?
or if not, Can we identify a different component that uses the I2C bus in a similar price range?
Many Thanks,
Antonio
Part Number: TPS61230
Hi,
I am charging my batteries from the solar panel, Battery 3x2500mA = 7500mA. (3.7V 18650 Batteries)
My system can draw 5V 1-1.5A and Also operating current is 5V, 300-400mA. So i put a TPS61230ARNSR booster to 5V after batteries.
I made the design by following the design steps, the board is in my hand now, but there is a problem I can not solve.

0.7mA when the load is not connected.
I used the smartphone as a load and saw that I draw a current of 151mA. My phone didn't charge when I took 151mA.
Now I have 2 questions (I can see my output voltage is constant 5V):
1. Why can't I pull 2-2.5A when the load is connected.
2. Why can't the phone charge when you can pull 151mA while the load is connected.

Hi,
in the datasheet it's said that "the switch current limit is set to 0.72 A".
Will this make the LED screen to turn on slow?
For example, my customer need to power down the LED screen when the equipment is in sleep mode, and when he wake up the equipment, how long time will it take for the screen to turn on?
And in datasheet Figure 12, the LED current(green line below) will rise to a small level and decrease and then rise up gradually, will the screen brightness increase first, then decrease, and then increase? That's not acceptable, how can we prevent it?
Part Number: TPS61169
Hi,
my customer is using this device to power 10 series 4 parallel LED string.
When they decrease the duty cycle from 100% to 0%, we can see the brightness of the screen is not consistently decreasing, it will decrease to minimum, then increase a little bit and then decrease to minimum, what may cause the problem?
Part Number: TL2845B
Hi, my customer is using TL2845B in a flyback converter, they will observe the device RC frequency dither at after start-up, stable working, and before shut down. The output load is constant, and the output voltage is still stable. The frequency dither doesn't bring any side effect to the system, but it's hard to explain.

Hi, I try to develop an isolated DC/DC with 9 - 32 V input and 12 V output with 3 A. If I decrease the input voltage under about 20 V, the output voltage is decreasing too. I think the problem is the current sensing of the controller. How can I adjust the current limit of the primary coil? I can find only information about how the sensing works but not how to adjust.
Best regards

Part Number: TPS2546
Hi,
Currently TPS2546 is configured as below.
The system can be waken up from me from S3 mode to S0 mode by USB mouse, but some of the USB mouses becomes not workable after system resume to S0, and it can be recovered by re-plugin the USB mouse. Meanwhile, I see VBUS drop and back to 5V during resume, is it normal. Please check below for 2 failed mouses and two passed mouses. Please share your inputs. THanks!

Part Number: LM22670
Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hi,
I now plan to using LM22670 for +12V@2A,-12V@1A when the input is 24V. But WEBBENCH can't support the simulaiton when the output is more than 5V.
Can the LM22670 Meet such application requirements?
In addition, when i want to simulate LMR33630 in WENBBENCH,but WEBBENCH is not available for the inverting usage of LMR33630.
looking forward for your reply.
